Through IHM Coaching Ltd, I provide several services as outlined within this website, including Senior Leader & Executive level coaching & Mentoring, 1:1 and Group Coaching and Mentoring, Workshop Facilitation and Presentations. These services may be subject to change. All services provided are subject to a signed contract outlining specific details of the services, fees, and conditions.

Client Confidentiality

A coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the coachee shares with the coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality outlined in the European Mentoring and Coaching Council “(EMCC)” and International Coach Federation “(ICF)” Code of Ethics. All sessions between the coach and coachee(s) remain confidential and will not be shared with a third party (e.g., coachee sponsor, employer) unless agreed specifically in writing with the coachee.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP. The information provided on this website is a guide and may be subject to change depending on the specific services required and agreed to. Additional payment terms and conditions will be outlined within the signed contract between both parties.

Intellectual Property (IP)

The IHM Coaching name, Logo, EPIC framework model and all other copyrighted, trademarked, and original or proprietary materials provided to you from us shall be IHM Coaching Ltd IP. IHM Coaching Ltd IP is provided for your individual use only and shall be considered a single-user license. Any materials or exercises provided to the client are for their use only. Do not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of IHM Coaching services You are not authorised to share, copy, distribute, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from me electronically or otherwise without my express prior written consent. No license to sell or distribute IHM Coaching Ltd IP or materials is granted or implied.

Data collected via this website is obtained through contact and request for information submissions, instigated and provided freely by yourself.
